Throwing rocks onto ice at the nearby creek is a sure thing. There is pleasure in it for everyone. All it takes is getting out of the house and making the short walk to the bridge. And that's no small feat.
Hi - My name is Alice. I live in Boulder, CO with my husband and four children. "Welcome That" is a phrase one of my kids used to say to mean "you're welcome." She didn't understand that it usually follows a "thank you." I find it a fitting thought for parenting. There are many things that come along that simply call for you to open your heart. So in this blog, I write about parenting with a welcoming spirit, come what may. Thank you for visiting!
