Ooh, I can't wait to see this! I need some creative Easter inspiration for next year. This year I resorted to plastic eggs, shaped like Elmo (that's what you get when you wait until Saturday afternoon to visit Target's seasonal aisle!)
Stay on the lookout for a little egg pump...Mine came with a book on pysanky eggs (A Kid's Guide to Decorating Ukrainian Easter Eggs by Natalie Perchyshyn). It has a teeny "drill" and then you insert to suck out the egg w a little squeezer and clean out the egg with the same "machine." Preserves ears...but you got the job done and I would never have thought of gluing sequins!
Hi - My name is Alice. I live in Boulder, CO with my husband and four children. "Welcome That" is a phrase one of my kids used to say to mean "you're welcome." She didn't understand that it usually follows a "thank you." I find it a fitting thought for parenting. There are many things that come along that simply call for you to open your heart. So in this blog, I write about parenting with a welcoming spirit, come what may. Thank you for visiting!
